Do I Need a Police Check to be a Pet Sitter?
A police check means that a Pet Sitter has a certificate (in the UK it is called a Disclosure) stating that they do not have any criminal convictions.
We encourage all Pet Sitters to obtain a police check, but this is not compulsory to join our community.
Police checks don’t have an official expiry date and it’s up to the Pet Parent to decide if they accept it or not.
