What is the *Match Guarantee?
The Trust My Pet Sitter Match Guarantee reflects the confidence we have that Pet Parents will find a great Pet Sitter.
When you join us as a member and have completed your onboarding process, if you do not receive any Pet Sitter notes of interest within 28 days of making your first listing 'live', you’ll get the option to get your money back.
To qualify for the Match Guarantee, you must make your listing 'live' with a minimum of 28 days before the starting date of the first pet sit.

We are a Scottish company with an International Client Base. Our Pet Sitters and Pet Parents come from across the world including the USA, Canada, Europe, Far East and Australia. Our Pet Sitters travel locally, nationally and internationally depending upon their personal preference.

Pet Sitters can be free or paid. Pet Sitter profiles will show their free or paid status.
Paid Pet Sitters typically charge either expenses, a daily rate or assignment rate.
Rates are often based on pet numbers, daily work involved in pet care and the length of the sit.
