What is TMPS Protect?
TMPS Protect is a groundbreaking service designed to provide peace of mind for Pet Parents and Sitters.
Through TMPS Protect, approved Pet Sit bookings receive up to $50,000 in coverage, fostering a secure and trusting environment for all parties involved.
Activating TMPS Protect
TMPS Protect is offered as a stand-alone add-on service to Pet Parents and is not included in any membership plans.
Any Property is eligible for this guarantee unless it is located in a country that the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office has determined is not suitable for travel on the day the Pet Sit Booking begins.
TMPS Protect is currently not available in: Mexico, Brasil, India, Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand
Booking & Billing
The implementation of TMPS Protect into the booking process is seamless. A nominal fee of $5 per night provides Pet Parents with up to $50,000 in home and contents protection coverage.

We are a Scottish company with an International Client Base. Our Pet Sitters and Pet Parents come from across the world including the USA, Canada, Europe, Far East and Australia. Our Pet Sitters travel locally, nationally and internationally depending upon their personal preference.

Using ‘Know Your Customer’ or KYC software helps to safeguard the members of our community.
Our service is the introduction of Pet Sitters to Pet Parents and vice versa.
Pet Sitters and Pet Parent decide on a mutually agreeable rate for the Pet Sit. We are happy to provide advice and guidance if required.
Some Pet Sitters charge expenses, a daily rate, assignment rate, base rates on pet numbers or even the length of sit.
Some Pet Sitters make no charge for their services.
We leave it to you to decide!
